అర్ధ రూపాయిని మురిపెంగా చూసుకుంటూ తాయిలాలను కొనుక్కున్నది నేనేనా?
జేబునిండా గోళీకాయలు గెలిచి విజయ గర్వంతో రోడ్లన్ని నావే అన్నట్లు తిరిగింది నేనేనా?
మాస్టారుని బజార్లో చూసి భయంతో తిరిగి చూడకుండా పరిగెత్తింది నేనేనా?

తిరిగి చూసుకుంటే తెరమరుగైన తియ్యని జ్ఞాపకాలు ఎన్నో...

ఎంత మార్పు నాలో!! ఆ మొండి ధైర్యమెక్కడ? ఆ చిరు సంతోషాలు ఎక్కడ?

ఎక్కడికో నా ఊహల ప్రయాణం?

ఒంటరిగా మిగిలిన ఆ అమావాస్య నిశీధి వేళ
లోకమంతా పరుచుకున్న చిక్కటి చీకటిలో
దూరాన వున్న మిణుగురు పురుగు నాకు ఆశాకిరణమై

ఊహలు ఊహించే మరో లోకానికి
పరుగు పెట్టమని ప్రోత్సహిస్తోంది

కలలు కోరుకునే ఆ కొత్త లోకానికి
మనసు ముందే చేరుకుని స్వాగతాన్ని పలుకుతోంది

ప్రపంచమంతా పంచుకుంటున్న వెన్నెల వెలుగులో
నా భాగం కనుమరుగైంది

చుట్టూ అందరూ వున్నా ఎవరూ ఏమీ కారని
తెలుసుకున్న మనసు తట్టుకోలేకపోతోంది

కళ్ళలో ఇమిడిన కన్నీటి కడలి
కారు మబ్బులతో నిండిన ఆకాశాన్ని తలపిస్తోంది

Missing You.....

From the first day you're my friend...
I had my happiness ascend!

I never forget the mails you have sent..
And the nice evening walks from office we spent..

Many moments I cherish in your presence..
Many a short but sweet silence!

I wonder how we became friends so fast!
But now your absence will make me downcast!

I have to accept this bitter truth
Destiny is a God's game; its too uncouth...

On this sad moment of parting...
A mournful message I do sing

I am very sorry for any trouble
For I can't imagine you as my rebel!

Many a time I might have hurt...
I can't undo but can only wish you all comfort..

I may not be near you at times of distress But I would atleast call you, console and caress

Most of you might have got it in mails... but, for those who missed... It's touching...

Dad used to give us a measly Rs. 20/- per month,
in that we were not only able to eat stomachs fill,

కష్టాలలో సైతం సడలని ఆత్మవిశ్వాసాన్ని నేర్చుకో
